Last updated: July 2026. PurePaw is operated by an independent developer. We keep data collection to a minimum and never sell your personal data.

No account needed. Instead of a login, your browser stores a random device identifier so we can remember your scans and subscription status. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.

Scan photos are used only to generate your analysis and are processed directly by our AI partners (Google Gemini, with OpenAI as fallback) for that purpose. We do not store your photos or build a profile from them — only the anonymised result is briefly cached.

Payments: subscriptions are processed by Mollie. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Mollie — PurePaw never sees or stores them. If you provide an email for your receipt, it is stored only to link your subscription.

Storage & rights: data is stored on Supabase servers in the EU. We use no advertising trackers. To access or delete your data, email support@petpurepaw.com.
