Purchase: PurePaw Premium is a single one-off payment for permanent access. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. You are billed once and never again.

Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Your access does not expire.

Refunds: EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. We honour this without conditions — email support@petpurepaw.com within 14 days of your payment and we refund you in full, whether or not you have used the app.

No guarantees: health scores and recipes are generated by AI and provided in good faith but without warranty. Use at your own discretion. PurePaw is not liable for decisions made based on the app.
