🧺 Ingrédients
- •200 g chicken thigh (boneless)
- •40 g chicken liver
- •1 tsp fish oil
- •1 pinch of taurine supplement (vet-advised)
👩🍳 Préparation
- 1Poach chicken and liver in water for 12 min.
- 2Finely chop or pulse to a coarse paté.
- 3Mix in fish oil and taurine once cooled.
- 4Serve at room temperature.
