Ingrédients

•150 g tuna in spring water (no salt)
•1 boiled egg yolk
•1 tsp cooked pumpkin
•Splash of water for texture

Préparation

1Drain the tuna well.
2Mash tuna with the cooked egg yolk.
3Blend in pumpkin and a little water until smooth.
4Serve a small portion; refrigerate the rest up to 2 days.
